Due to the personal-care nature of our roll-on aromatherapy products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged items.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used roll-on products cannot be returned.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
